Abstract:
摘要 目的 探讨膀胱癌组织中Integrinβ1和CARMA-3蛋白的表达及其与患者经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后复发的相关性。方法 选取160例经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗的膀胱癌患者，保留患者病理标本，并对患者随访5年，最终108例纳入研究。根据患者复发情况分为短期复发组和长期首次复发组。免疫组织化学法检测膀胱癌肿瘤组织中Integrinβ1和CARMA-3表达，并分析其表达与经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后复发的相关性。结果 短期复发组Integrinβ1和CARMA-3蛋白的表达显著高于长期首次复发组（P<0.05）；Integrinβ1和CARMA-3蛋白的表达与T分期以及分级存在正相关（均P<0.05）；CARMA-3和Integrinβ1蛋白在膀胱癌组织中的表达呈正相关（r=0.774, P<0.05）。结论 CARMA-3和Integrinβ1蛋白是尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后膀胱癌复发的风险因素
