Abstract:
摘要 目的 探讨膀胱癌组织中色素上皮衍生因子（PEDF）与雄激素受体（AR）的表达及其相关性。方法 采用免疫组织化学染色检测30例膀胱癌组织中PEDF和AR表达，采用Pearson相关性分析PEDF表达与AR之间的关系。Real-time PCR和Western blot检测在不同浓度的雄激素处理下，膀胱癌TCCSUP细胞株中PEDF和AR的表达水平以及慢病毒介导的AR干扰后，细胞株中PEDF的表达水平。结果 相关性分析表明PEDF表达与AR表达呈负相关（P=0.003）。雄激素处理后上调AR表达，抑制PEDF表达。同时，干扰AR的表达可以上调PEDF表达。结论 膀胱癌组织中PEDF的表达可能受到AR表达所抑制
