Abstract:
摘要 骨肉瘤是一种原发于骨的常见恶性肿瘤，好发于儿童和青少年，长期以来5年生存率不到70%。目前，骨肉瘤的治疗已到达一个平台期，进一步的预后改善可能依赖于新的生物学疗法。miRNA在肿瘤中的作用日益被重视，其中miR-17-92基因簇作为致癌基因，在骨肉瘤中的作用也被广泛研究。本文综述miR-17-92基因簇在骨肉瘤中的功能和机制，以期为骨肉瘤带来新的治疗方案
