Abstract:
摘要 目的 探讨骨肉瘤中PKM2与相关病理学特征的关系,以进一步寻找判断骨肉瘤预后的标志物。方法 收集原发性骨肉瘤石蜡包埋标本88例,并对标本进行组织微阵列构建,免疫组织化学法检测PKM2的表达情况, Kaplan-Meier分析预后价值,Cox回归模型进行参数与患者预后的相关性分析。结果 M2巨噬细胞特异性标志物CD163在骨肉瘤基质中升高,PKM2过表达与M2巨噬细胞浸润在骨肉瘤中呈正相关。结论 PKM2过表达和M2巨噬细胞浸润是骨肉瘤患者预后不良的因素
