A rare case of suicidal ideation related to Adalimumab use

Patients undergoing treatment with an anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) agent can, as an adverse event, develop anti-TNF-α–induced lupus (ATIL). Neuropsychiatric symptoms such as depression and suicidal ideations are not commonly seen in patients who develop ATIL.
