%X Patients undergoing treatment with an anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-¦Á) agent can, as an adverse event, develop anti-TNF-¦Á¨Cinduced lupus (ATIL). Neuropsychiatric symptoms such as depression and suicidal ideations are not commonly seen in patients who develop ATIL. We describe a case of a 56-year-old female who developed ATIL and suicidal ideations while on Adalimumab
