Abstract:
摘要 目的 探讨细胞色素P450 1A1(CYP1A1)和细胞色素P450 1B1(CYP1B1)基因多态性与Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌遗传易感性与流行病学高危因素的关系。方法 采用SNPshot技术,检测103例Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌患者和100例对照人群CYP1B1、CYP1A1和NQO1基因共8个位点的多态性分布,分析其与Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌易感性及肥胖、高血压等流行病学高危因素的相关性。结果 CYP1A1基因SNP位点rs4646421基因型在两组间分布频率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与携带CT基因型者相比,携带CC基因型的个体罹患子宫内膜癌的风险较小(OR=0.479, 95%CI: 0.255~0.899),携带T等位基因的个体子宫内膜癌的发病风险高于C等位基因携带者(OR=1.796, 95%CI: 1.203~2.680)。与携带CC基因型相比,携带TC+TT基因型在年龄>60岁、BMI≥25、绝经延迟(超过52岁)、并发高血压的女性中Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌的发病风险增加。CYP1B1基因SNPrs1056836在两组间的分布频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但发生更多的碱基胞嘧啶变异为鸟嘌呤,可能会使罹患Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌的风险增加(OR=0.604, 95%CI: 0.369~0.990)。结论 CYP1A1基因SNP位点rs4646421多态性增加了Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌的发病风险,并且与流行病学高危因素有关,有望成为Ⅰ型子宫内膜癌筛查的潜在指标
