Abstract:
摘要 piRNA（Piwi-interacting RNA）是一类长度为26~31 nt的新型小非编码RNA，可与PIWI蛋白结合从而调控转录基因沉默过程、修饰异染色质和维持生殖系和干细胞功能等。近年来，研究发现piRNA在多种癌组织中表达异常，与肿瘤的发生及扩散、疾病的预后等密切相关，有望成为肿瘤临床诊断和治疗的新靶点。本文旨在浅析piRNA在肿瘤中的作用机制，为临床诊疗提供新思路
