核转录因子E47和LOXL2在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Abstract:
摘要 目的 探讨核转录因子E47和赖氨酰氧化酶样蛋白2(LOXL2)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组织化学方法检测E47和LOXL2在食管鳞癌组织及癌旁正常组织中mRNA和蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 E47和LOXL2 mRNA在食管鳞癌组织中的表达量明显高于癌旁正常组织(均P<0.05)。 E47和LOXL2蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常组织(均P<0.05);E47蛋白表达与浸润深度密切相关,LOXL2蛋白表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关。食管鳞癌组织中E47与LOXL2蛋白表达呈正相关关系(r=0.582, P<0.05)。结论 E47和LOXL2 mRNA和蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中高表达,并与临床病理特征相关。E47和LOXL2高表达可能参与食管鳞癌的侵袭与转移,可作为判断食管癌预后的分子标志物
