摘要 近年来,我国结直肠癌发病率及死亡率逐年上升,寻找早期预防、诊断和治疗的有效途径是目前结直肠癌基础及临床的研究热点。机体正常细胞主要由葡萄糖氧化供能,而结直肠癌细胞的糖酵解途径显著增强并以此作为主要供能途径。本文就糖酵解关键酶、信号转导通路和转录因子在结直肠癌糖酵解途径中的研究进展及治疗策略作一综述
