摘要 近年来,随着对不同类型乳腺癌基因表达谱研究的深入,表观遗传调节剂用来调控乳腺癌异常表达基因而应用于临床。初步结果表明,DNA甲基转移酶和组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂对不同类型的乳腺癌(包括耐药性乳腺癌)均有不同的治疗作用。本文从体外实验研究、临床试验方面,分别对将来可能应用于乳腺癌治疗的表观遗传调节剂进行综述
