摘要 蛋白质组学的研究对象是生命活动的执行者——蛋白质,而恶性胸腔积液中富含蛋白质,尤其是组织特异性、肿瘤相关性的蛋白,所以通过蛋白质组学研究恶性胸腔积液对于认识其蛋白谱、找出疾病相关的生物标志物、发现病因有重要意义。本文主要从组成蛋白质组学及比较蛋白质组学两方面,对近年来蛋白质组学在恶性胸腔积液中的研究进行综述
