Aiming at the novel coronavirus pneumonia and hotel management crisis, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward: keeping close attention to and scientific adjustment on the budget and forecast of hotel revenue; maintaining the channel promotion and sales work during the epi-demic period; and paying attention to the rich tourist source structure and income flow during the ice age and recovery period to expand business ideas and enhance anti risk ability.
