“一流学科”建设视阈下高校二级学院基层党务工作队伍建设探析*
Research on the Way to the Construction of Grass Roots Party Workteam in Secondary Colleges of Universities from the Perspective of the Construction of “First Class Discipline”*

高校党建“双创”工作正如火如荼地开展，二级学院尤其是一流学科建设学院的党建工作日益受到重视，工作在一线的基层党务工作队伍也面临更多挑战和机遇。本文以一流学科建设学院为研究对象，窥探一流学科所在学院的基层党务工作者的困境，并从个人层面、学院层面和学校层面三个维度对这一队伍建设提出相应对策，以期为新形势下加强高校基层党务工作队伍建设提供参考，为“双一流”建设和高校党建“双创”工作贡献力量。
With the “Shuang Chuang” work of the party building in colleges and universities being carried out in full swing, the party building work of the second level colleges, especially the first-class discipline construction colleges, has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, the grass-roots party work team working in the front line also faces more challenges and opportunities. This paper takes the first-class discipline construction college as the research object, peeps into the plight of the grass-roots party workers in the college where the first-class discipline is located, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the construction of this team from the three dimensions of individual level, college level and school level, in order to provide reference for strengthening the construction of the party affairs team at the base level of colleges and universities under the new situation, and provide reference for the construction of “double first-class” and “Shuang Chuang” of the party construction in colleges and universities.
