在构建人类命运共同体的大趋势下,我国企业的海外拓展速度加快,面临着文化多样性的挑战,跨文化项目管理成为企业需要正视和解决的问题。特别是团队成员间信任问题,决定着项目成败。文章以赤道几内亚SD项目的跨文化团队管理为例,研究了影响项目团队信任的主要因素。发现团队信任受跨文化能力、项目特征、团队特征三个维度综合影响,而团队成员对文化差异的认知是项目首先需解决的问题。
Under the general trend of building a community with a shared future for mankind, Chinese enterprises are facing the challenge of cultural diversity, accompanied with the increasing speed of overseas expansion. The cross-cultural project management has become a problem that has to be faced and solved. In cross-cultural management, the trust among team members is a key factor determining the future of the project that has been carried out. In this study, the main factors influencing the trust between project teamers were investigated and further analyzed, by taking the cross-cultural management of SD project in Equatorial Guinea as an example. Results showed that team trust is mainly affected by three dimensions, i.e., cross-cultural ability, project characteristics, and team characteristics. The team members' cognition of cultural differences is the first problem to be solved by the project managers.
