Abstract:

受COVID-19疫情影响,无人配送受到各界广泛关注,在快递行业配送趋向智能化背景下,无人配送将成为推动电商行业发展的重要力量。本文列举了疫情下无人配送的应用,进一步探讨其在特殊时期发挥的巨大作用,并就当下无人配送的初步试用,分析不同客户群体需求,结合配送环境,在信息共享的背景下提出了一种新的基于无人配送的“最后一公里”综合配送模式。
Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, unmanned distribution is widely concerned by all walks of life. Under the background of intelligent distribution in express industry, unmanned distribution will become an important force to promote the development of e-commerce industry. This paper enumerates the application of unmanned distribution in epidemic situation, further discusses its great role in special period, and puts forward a new “last kilometer” comprehensive distribution mode based on unmanned distribution under the background of information sharing based on the preliminary trial of current unmanned distribution, analyzing the needs of different customer groups and combining with distribution environment.
