护士职业心理健康和生活质量研究
Research on Occupational Mental Health and Quality of Life of Nurses

目的：调查分析某地区三级医院护士心理健康状况及其生活质量。方法：采取抽样调查法和医护人员同情心疲劳量表对护士职业心理健康状况进行分析。结果：同情心疲乏量表总分为15.86 ± 2.74分。精神紧张为2.54 ± 0.49分，行为消极为2.77 ± 0.39分，热情丧失为2.63 ± 0.41分，能力怀疑为2.70 ± 0.56分，情感淡漠为2.65 ± 0.43分，斗志丧失为2.57 ± 0.46分。6个维度中行为消极得分最高，精神紧张得分最低。不同年龄、护龄、婚姻、职称、学历、职务劳务关系、科室、家庭支持程度的某地区三级医院护士职业心理健康评分差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。年龄 ≥ 35岁、未婚、饮食规律的评分显著高于其他护士(P < 0.05)。结论：某地区三级医院护理人员职业心理健康状况较差，部分人同情心严重疲乏，生活质量不高。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the mental health status and quality of life of nurses in tertiary hospitals in a certain area. Methods: A sample survey method and a compassion fatigue scale for medical staff were used to analyze the occupational mental health status of nurses. Results: The total score of the compassion fatigue scale was 15.86 ± 2.74. The mental stress was 2.54 ± 0.49, the behavioral negative was 2.77 ± 0.39, the enthusiasm loss was 2.63 ± 0.41, the ability was suspected to be 2.70 ± 0.56, the emotional apathy was 2.65 ± 0.43, and the fighting loss was 2.57 ± 0.46. Among the 6 dimensions, the behavioral negative score was the highest and the mental stress score was the lowest. There were significant differences in occupational mental health scores among nurses in three district hospitals of different ages, ages, marriage, professional titles, academic qualifications, job labor relations, department and family support (P < 0.05). The scores of age ≥ 35 years old, unmarried, and eating patterns were significantly higher than those of other nurses (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The occupational mental health status of nursing staff in tertiary hospitals in a certain area is poor, some people are seriously sympathetic and the quality of life is not high.
