The scores of age ≥ 35 years old, unmarried, and eating patterns were significantly higher than those of other nurses (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The occupational mental health status of nursing staff in tertiary hospitals in a certain area is poor, some people are seriously sympathetic and the quality of life is not high.
