寡糖·链蛋白对马铃薯叶片抗氧化酶的影响

Abstract:
通过对3个不同抗病品种马铃薯植株上喷施6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性变化,明确6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂诱导植物抗病机制,筛选出最优药剂稀释倍数,为马铃薯抗病提供理论依据。结果表明:在一定时间内,马铃薯植株叶片SOD、POD和CAT酶活性均呈现上升趋势。可见,6%寡糖·链蛋白可湿性粉剂可以提高马铃薯体内抗氧化酶活性,从而增强其抗病性。
In this experiment,the activity change of SOD, POD and CAT were determined by spraying 6% Oligosaccharins·Plant Activator Protein WP on three different varieties of potato plants resistant to diseases.So as to, make clear the resistance mechanism of 6% Oligosaccharins·Plant Activator Protein WP, screen out the optimal drug dilution factor. The results showed that the activity of SOD, POD and CAT in potato leaves increased in a certain period of time, the 6% Oligosaccharins·Plant Activator Protein WP could increase the antioxidant enzyme activity in the potato.Accordingly enhance disease resistance of potatoes.
