In order to determine the relationship among the AtMYB44,ABI1 and RCAR1, competitive GST pull down assay and ABI1 phosphatase activity assay were used in this study, these results suggested that AtMYB44 and ABI1 compete ？？in vitro？？ for binding to RCAR1 in the presence of ABA. In addition, AtMYB44 reduces the inhibitory effect of RCAR1 on ABI1 phosphatase activity in the presence of ABA, which build the foundation for the ABA signal pathway study
