摘要 通过引入利他道德氛围与道德认同构建链式中介模型, 并基于澳门特别行政区15家企业285名员工的调研数据，对伦理型领导和员工道德行为之间的关系进行相关研究。研究结果表明，在中国组织情境中，伦理型领导可以通过营造利他道德氛围，并塑造员工道德认同，从而促进其参与帮助行为
