摘要： A型肉毒杆菌毒素（BTX-A）是肉毒杆菌产生的一种细菌外毒素,通过抑制神经-肌肉接头处乙酰胆碱的释放而发挥作用。近年来研究发现,BTX-A可应用于口腔颌面部整形美容及一些口腔疾病的治疗,为口腔疾病替代治疗提供了新方法和新方向。本文综述了BTX-A的作用机制、在口腔颌面部的临床应用、禁忌证、操作注意事项、并发症及治疗。
Abstract: Botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A) is a kind of exotoxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum which works by inhibiting the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction. Recent studies have found that BTX-A can be used in the oral and maxillofacial plastic surgery and the treatment of some oral diseases, providing a new method and a new direction for alternative treatment of oral diseases. The present review focuses on the mechanism, clinical application in the oral and maxillofacial region, operation cautions, contraindications and treatment of BTX-A.
