胃一点癌属早期胃癌，预后良好，但发病机制尚不明确。本文从微环境、免疫、炎症、自噬、新生血管破坏、应激、微生态等角度对胃一点癌的发生机制提出假说，为胃癌的防治提供新思路。
Gastric one-point cancer is a kind of early gastric cancer. Generally, it has a good prognosis, butits pathogenesis remains unclear. Therefore, we try to explain the pathogenesis from several aspects, includingmicroenvironment, immunity, inflammation, autophagy, neovascular damage, stress, microecosystem, and so on.
