%X 胃一点癌属早期胃癌，预后良好，但发病机制尚不明确。本文从微环境、免疫、炎症、自噬、新生血管破坏、应激、微生态等角度对胃一点癌的发生机制提出假说，为胃癌的防治提供新思路。<br>Gastric one-point cancer is a kind of early gastric cancer. Generally, it has a good prognosis, butits pathogenesis remains unclear. Therefore, we try to explain the pathogenesis from several aspects, includingmicroenvironment, immunity, inflammation, autophagy, neovascular damage, stress, microecosystem, and so on. We expectto provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of the gastric one-point cancer
