中庸治疗：中晚期肿瘤治疗的医学新思维
Moderate treatment: a new medical thinking about the treatment of advanced cancer

中晚期肿瘤治疗可供选择的手段和药物众多，“以人为本”的个体化治疗方案如何确定缺乏公认的指 导思想。治疗肿瘤还是治疗患者？冲突在所难免。中庸思想提供了判断是非的标准——恰如其分为是，过与不及 为非，由此笔者提出“中庸治疗”概念，可以作为中晚期肿瘤患者临床治疗的新思维。中庸治疗要求对患者体内 各个功能系统及体外各种社会因素有高度的把握，并在其间取最适“中”的点，以达到各种治疗理念相互融合的 合理状态及肿瘤治疗利益相关各方沟通协调后的最佳状态。
Though many means and drugs have been provided for the treatment of advanced cancer, how to determine the individualized treatment plan based on “people-oriented thought” remains open to debate. To treat tumors or patients? The conflict is inevitable. The moderation thought could provide the norms for which is right or false—to a proper extent is right, while excess or deficiency is false. Based on this, the author puts forward the concept of “moderate treatment”, which can be used as a new thinking in clinical trials of advanced patients. The treatment strategy requires a high degree of confidence in each functional system in vivo and various social factors in vitro, and chooses the optimal “point” in the meantime, in order to achieve a reasonable state of various treatment concept integration and optimal tumor treatment benefit after the communication and coordination
