%X 中晚期肿瘤治疗可供选择的手段和药物众多，“以人为本”的个体化治疗方案如何确定缺乏公认的指 导思想。治疗肿瘤还是治疗患者？冲突在所难免。中庸思想提供了判断是非的标准——恰如其分为是，过与不及 为非，由此笔者提出“中庸治疗”概念，可以作为中晚期肿瘤患者临床治疗的新思维。中庸治疗要求对患者体内 各个功能系统及体外各种社会因素有高度的把握，并在其间取最适“中”的点，以达到各种治疗理念相互融合的 合理状态及肿瘤治疗利益相关各方沟通协调后的最佳状态。<br>Though many means and drugs have been provided for the treatment of advanced cancer, how to determine the individualized treatment plan based on “people-oriented thought” remains open to debate. To treat tumors or patients? The conflict is inevitable. The moderation thought could provide the norms for which is right or false—to a proper extent is right, while excess or deficiency is false. Based on this, the author puts forward the concept of “moderate treatment”, which can be used as a new thinking in clinical trials of advanced patients. The treatment strategy requires a high degree of confidence in each functional system in vivo and various social factors in vitro, and chooses the optimal “point” in the meantime, in order to achieve a reasonable state of various treatment concept integration and optimal tumor treatment benefit after the communication and coordination
