Abstract:

S-RNase是梨等配子体型自交不亲和性的雌蕊决定因子,属于RNase T2家族核糖核酸酶,其经典的功能是降解RNA。我们研究证实了S-RNase可以与微丝骨架蛋白PbrAct1互作,解聚花粉管微丝骨架。同时,S-RNase诱导花粉管产生磷脂酸,抑制微丝骨架的解聚,减缓自交不亲和花粉管细胞程序性死亡的进程。
S-RNase,which belongs to RNase T2 family ribonuclease,is the female determining factor of S-RNase-based gametophytic self-incompatibility,such as in pear. The classic function of S-RNase is to degrade RNA. In this study,we confirmed a new function of S-RNase that interacts with PbrAct1 to depolymerize actin cytoskeleton in pollen tube. On other hand,the S-RNase increases the concentration of phosphatidic acid in pollen tube,inhibits the depolymerization of actin cytoskeleton and delays the process of programmed cell death in self-incompatibility pollen tube
