深化教育改革需实现三个重要转变,要想真正深入推进教育改革,取得根本突破,就需要在改革的主要行动方式上,从机械地“摸着石头过河”转变为有序地“沿着线路前行”; 在改革的顺序安排上,从一味地“先易到难”转变为敢于“先难后易”; 在改革的外部条件企求上,从消极地“等待社会变化”转变为积极地“推动社会变革”。
