Abstract:

利用仿真软件FIRE对汽油机颗粒捕集器(GPF)的工作过程进行模拟,研究了进气流量、载体孔目 数、尾气温度、载体长度等参数对GPF压降、过滤效率等工作特性的影响.结果表明:减小GPF的进气流量会 有效地降低载体前后的压降;提高载体的孔目数,GPF的前后压降会变大,内部温度和流速会相应降低,但可 以提高捕集效率;增加载体长度,可以提高捕集效率,但内部压降值和温度也会增大.
ThedimensionalcapturemodelofGPFissetupbyusingCFDsoftwareFIREandtheworkingprocessofthe GPFwassimulated.GPFpressuredropandfiltrationefficiencywerethemaincharacters,theywouldbeinfluencedby theparametersofGPFincludetheinletflowrate,thenumberofholesandlength.Thesimulationresultindicatesthatre? ducingtheGPFinletflowcaneffectivelyreducepressuredropofthecarrierandbyraisingthenumberofholes,GPF pressuredropwillbebigger,internaltemperatureandflowratewillbereduced,butcanimprovetheefficiencyofcap? ture.ByincreasingthelengthoftheGPF,captureefficiencyimproved,buttheinternalpressuredropvaluesandtempera? turealsoincreased.
