替格瑞洛对急性st段抬高型心肌梗死患者行急诊介入治疗的中期随访

？objective：toevaluatethesafetyandefficacyofantiplatelettherapyofticagreloronpatientssufferingfromacutestsegmentelevationmyocardialinfarctionundergoingprimarypercutaneouscoronaryintervention.methods:inthestudy,96patientssufferingfromacutestsegmentelevationmyocardialinfarctiononsetwithin12hundergoingprimarypercutaneouscoronaryinterventionfrommaytooctoberin2013wererandomlydividedintoticagrelorgroup(n=48)andclopidogrelgroup(n=48)byusingthemethodofrandomnumbertable.ticagrelorandclopidogrelantiplatelettreatmentwereusedbeforeandafteroperation.theirbaselinedata,coronaryarterydiseasecharacteristics,plateletcount,adenosinediphosphate(adp)-inducedplateletinhibitionratebythrombelastographafter5daysoftreatment,themajoradversecardiovasculareventsofthefollowupfor6monthsandbleedingcomplicationswereobservedandcomparedinthetwogroups.results:？thedifferencesbetweenthetwogroupsofpatientswiththeirbaselinedata,thefeaturesofcoronaryarterylesions,plateletcountbeforeandafter5daysoftreatmenthadnostatisticalsignificance(p>0.05).adpinducedplateletinhibitionrate［(80.2±10.7)%］after5daysoftreatmentinticagrelorgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatinclopidogrelgroup［(75.3±12.1)%,p<0.05］.thetwogroupsofpatientswerefollowedupfor6months,8casesofmajoradversecardiovasculareventsoccurredinclopidogrelgroup,2casesofmajoradversecardiovasculareventsoccurredinticagrelorgroup,andtherewassignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups(p<0.05).thetwogroups(7casesof48patientsinticagrelorgroupvs.3casesof48patientsinclopidogrelgroup)hadnostatisticallysignificantdifferenceinbleedingcomplications(p>0.05).conclusion:antiplatelettherapyofticagreloronpatientssufferingfromacutestsegmentelevationmyocardialinfarctionundergoingemergencypcihasgoodefficacyandsafety.
