耐高温酵母高浓度发酵生产燃料乙醇工艺优化

Abstract:

采用两水平部分因子设计(23fractionalfactorial),选取发酵温度、接种量、初始糖浓度为自变量考察因素,以最终发酵乙醇浓度和9h生物量浓度为响应值,考察耐高温高浓度酵母的燃料乙醇发酵能力,并对实验数据进行二次模型变异分析(analysisofvariance,anova),建立了三元二次方程数学模型.对方程求解得到,发酵温度为36.9℃,初始发酵糖浓度为280g/l,接种量为9.4%时,最终的燃料乙醇浓度为131.0g/l.验证实验结果显示,该酵母在37℃,初始发酵糖浓度为280g/l,接种量为9.4%时,在48h发酵得到129.9g/l的乙醇,指标存在一定的先进性,证明了模型可靠有效.图2表3参13
