核桃属(juglans)植物多酚类物质研究进展

Abstract:
核桃属(juglans)植物作为重要木本油料植物及用材树种,是我国经济林产业的支柱之一。近年来,除了对其坚果感官品质的研究,其丰富的天然次生代谢产物的开发与利用也得到广泛关注。笔者综述了国内外核桃属(juglans)植物多酚类物质的提取方法、分离鉴定,并介绍了核桃多酚生理医学功能研究进展,分析了酚类物质在核桃属(juglans)植物中的分布状况及功能特性,展望了核桃属(juglans)植物多酚类物质的产业化开发利用前景。
