Abstract:

?compositionalanalysesincludingprotein,oil,fiber,moisturemineralcontentwereperformedonthecottonseedtoassesstheeffectsoncompositionalcomponentschangeafterintroducingbacillusthuringiensisgene.theresultsdemonstratedthatthetransgeniccottonseedwascomparabletothenontransgeniccottonseedwithintheestablishedrangesforcommercialcottonvarieties.anti-nutrientswerealsomeasuredandcomparisonsagainshowednomaterialdifferencewithrespecttothecontrol.theresultsofnumerousanalyticalassayofthecompositionsdemonstratedthatthetransgeniccottonseedwascompositionallyequivalenttotheconventionalone.
