乳酸菌体外和体内降解胆固醇的机理及其应用

Abstract:

乳酸菌作为动物肠道的正常菌群,在维持动物肠道的微生态平衡和调节动物代谢方面发挥重要作用。本文总结了乳酸菌体外和体内对胆固醇的降解机制,并结合影响胆固醇降解效率的因素,阐述了其在动物生产中的应用效果及可能出现的问题,为其进一步研究及应用提供理论指导。
