葡萄原花青素的生理活性及其在家禽上的应用

Abstract:

葡萄原花青素(GPC)是来源于葡萄的天然植物多酚,在葡萄籽中含量最为丰富。国内外研究已表明,GPC具有抗氧化、细胞保护和免疫调节等多种生理功能。本文就GPC的生理活性及其在家禽上的应用进行综述,以期为GPC更好地应用于家禽养殖生产提供理论依据和参考。
