牛磺酸对肉仔鸡生长性能、消化器官和免疫器官发育的影响

Abstract:

本试验旨在研究玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加牛磺酸对肉仔鸡生长性能、消化器官和免疫器官发育的影响。试验采用单因子设计,选用250只1日龄肉仔鸡公雏,随机分成5组,每组5个重复,分别为基础饲粮组(对照组),基础饲粮中添加牛磺酸0.25、0.50、1.00和2.00g/kg试验组,试验期为6周,测定肉仔鸡生长性能、胰腺消化酶活性、主要消化器官和免疫器官的相对重量。结果表明,添加不同水平牛磺酸对肉仔鸡生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05),但线性降低了1~7日龄肉仔鸡的料重比(P<0.05);线性降低了22日龄肉仔鸡胰脏的相对重量(P=0.05),44日龄肉仔鸡胰脏的相对重量也呈现先降低后升高的二次曲线关系(P<0.05),剂量效应拟合曲线显示,添加量为0.99g/kg时,对44日龄肉仔鸡胰脏抑制效应最大;线性提高了22日龄肉仔鸡胰腺淀粉酶活性(P<0.05),有线性提高22日龄肉仔鸡胰腺蛋白酶活性的趋势(P<0.10);同时显著提高了7日龄和22日龄肉仔鸡的胸腺指数(P<0.05)。由此可知,肉仔鸡饲粮中添加牛磺酸除可以降低肉仔鸡早期(1~7日龄)料重比外,对肉仔鸡生长性能没有显著影响,但抑制胰腺发育,除对胸腺指数有提高外,对其他免疫器官指数没有显著影响。
