康奈尔净碳水化合物和蛋白质体系定义的C组分的小肠可消化性

Abstract:

本试验旨在评定康奈尔净碳水化合物和蛋白质体系(CNCPS)的C组分的小肠可消化性。从奶牛场采集10种饲料样品,测定其C组分的瘤胃降解率,采用体外法测定饲料原料及12h瘤胃降解残渣的C组分的小肠消化率。结果表明,10种饲料C组分的瘤胃降解速度常数(kc)在0.39%/h~3.89%/h之间;饲料原料C组分小肠消化率在0~81.61%之间,饲料12h瘤胃降解残渣C组分小肠消化率在0~43.21%之间,表明不同的饲料原料和12h瘤胃降解残渣之间的C组分小肠消化率存在差异,部分饲料具有很高的C组分小肠消化率,不应忽略。结果提示,CNCPS定义的C组分在瘤胃中可以降解,且部分种类饲料该组分具有很高的小肠消化率,在评定饲料品质时应考虑C组分对小肠可消化氨基酸流量的贡献。
