奶牛脂肪营养研究进展

Abstract:

乳制品是人类膳食的重要组成部分,由于其脂肪品质及脂肪酸组成与人类健康密切相关,奶牛脂类营养研究备受关注。本文综述了国内外对脂肪(脂肪酸)代谢的调控研究以及补充脂肪(脂肪酸)对奶牛生产性能、乳脂肪酸组成、繁殖性能、甲烷排放和热应激的影响等方面的一些进展。
