齿轮激光跟踪在位测量的姿态调整模型

Abstract:

为了提高特大型齿轮激光跟踪在位测量系统的精度,降低测量过程中三维测量平台的运动自由度,设计了三维测量平台姿态调整系统。为实现三维测量平台的自动姿态调整,建立了2个姿态调整模型来实现姿态调整量的计算,构建姿态调整系统并分析姿态调整模型的调整精度。通过姿态调整系统的3个高度调整电机与1个角度调整电机,实现三维测量平台的姿态调整,最终实现三维测量平台坐标系与特大型齿轮工件坐标系的平行,在最佳姿态下测量特大型齿轮的误差项目。实验结果表明,姿态调整模型正确,系统可实现119"的调整精度,可应用于特大型齿轮激光跟踪在位测量系统。
