Abstract:

PreliminarystudyhasbeenmadetotestwetherthreestrainsMcAb（1B1,5D6,6D8）areagainstthesameantigendeterminant.ThrougnELISAadditiveandcompetitionexpeiments,itprovedthatthesethreestrainsareagainstdifferentantigendeterminant.Theresultofpositiveserumantigencomponentanalysiswith2strainsIBDVMcAbshowedthatsampleIBDpositiveserumhadobviousinhibitionagainstcombinationof5D6McAbwithcorrespondingantigen.TheresultsofsubstitutionofcorrespondingcomponentinELISAinhibitionexperimentandcompari-sonofnon-IBDserum（SPFchickenserum,ND,MD,IApositiveserum）provedthatIBDanti-serumwastheonlyoneshowinginhibitionagainst5D6McAb.ComparisonwithAGPandelectro-microscopeobservationshowedthatELISAinhibitionexperimentwascharacterisedbyhigh-specificity,rapidityandsensitiveness.799serumsamplesweretestedwithELISAinhibitionanddoubleimmunodiffusion（AGP）experiments.
