Cell-SELEX技术在肿瘤诊治中的应用进展DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.16728467.2013.02.019, PP. 227-232 Keywords: aptamer,cell-SELEX,cancer,nanomaterials Abstract: Aptamers,selectedbyaninvitroprocessknownassystematicevolutionofligandsbyexponentialenrichment(SELEX),aresinglestrandedDNAorRNAoligonucleotideswithhighselectivity,affinityandstability.Aptamersthatcanbindwholecells,especiallycancercells,aregeneratedbyamethodcalledcellSELEX.Comparedwithantibodies,aptamerspossessmanyadvantages,includingwiderangeoftargets,quickandreproduciblesynthesis,nontoxicityandlackofimmunogenicity,easyandcontrollablemodificationtofulfilltherecognitionofcancercells.Aptamersconjugatednanomaterialsgainmoreflexibilityascancercelltargetingtools.Inthisreview,wediscusstheapplicationofcell-SELEXbasedaptamersinnovelcancerbiomarkersidentification,cancerimaging,cancertherapyandenhancedtargetingwhenconjugatedwithnanomaterials.
