浆纱压出回潮率与上浆率间的关系, PP. 35-37 Abstract: Duetothefactthattherelationshipbetweentheextrudationmoistureregainofsizedyarnsandsizepick-upisexpressedonlybyanapproximateequation,andwhichisnotsuitableforprewettingsizingprocess,accurateequationstoexpresstherelationshipsbetweentheextrudationmoistureregainofsizedyarnsandsizepick-upfortraditionalsizingprocess(includinghigh-pressuresizing)andprewettingsizingarederived.Whentheprewettingsizinghasthesameextrudationmoistureregainofsizedyarnsandthesamesizeconcentrationasthetraditionalsizingprocess,prewettingsizingleadstolowersizepick-up.Thedeviationoftheextrudationmoistureregainobtainedbytheapproximateequationincreaseswithincreasingofsizeconcentration.
