四类食品中甜蜜素检测方法的改进

Abstract:

目的建立毛细管柱气相色谱法分析四类食品中的甜蜜素含量。方法样品中的甜蜜素经溶剂萃取、NaNO2和H2SO4衍生化,衍生产物用HP-5毛细管柱气相色谱法进行测定。结果在0.0~1000.0μg/ml的线性范围内,甜蜜素含量呈良好线性关系(相关系数0.99965),样品测定的相对标准偏差为1.78%~3.87%(n=6),平均回收率在95.1%~106.0%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确,适用于四类食品的测定。
