Abstract:

AlargescalecoldmodelapparatusofCFBriserreactorwasestablishedaccordingtothemethodofdirectlyfluidizedcokingoilsand.Bychangingthepositionofaerationorificeandamountofaerationair,thesolidsfluxwasmeasuredandthelocationofsensitiveaerationorificeaboveabutterflyvalvewasfixed(50mmabovethevalve).Atlast,theamountofaerationairforallocation(1~1.5m3/h)wasknownandthedistancebetweeneachpairofconsecutivegeneralaerationorifices(about3m).Andapredictionequationforestimatingtherelationbetweentheamountofaerationairandthesolidsfluxwasestablishedbasedonexperimentaldataandtheoreticalanalysis,whichwasQ=6.17Ws0.8529(D/Do)2(L/Lo).Thepredictionwasingoodagreementwiththeexperimentaldata.Byusingamulti-pointpressurepulsationinstrumenttomeasurethepulsationatdifferentaltitudesofthestandpipe,thepressurepulsationcurvesatdifferentaerationorificesunderdifferentamountsofaerationairweredrawn.ByFouriertransformation,itwasfoundthattherewasnoobviousdominantfrequencywhenoilsandflowedthroughthecirculationstandpipe,andeachfrequencyseemedtomakeequalcontributiontothepressurepulsation.Theperiodicalconcentrationfluctuationoftheparticlesdidnotexistinthecirculatingstandpipe,andthepulsationintensitywassmall.
