%0 Journal Article %T ReasonableAerationTapSettingofBurnedOilSandParticlesinStandpipeofaFluidizedBed %A 王子健 %A 曹鑫 %A 卢春喜 %J 过程工程学报 %D 2015 %X AlargescalecoldmodelapparatusofCFBriserreactorwasestablishedaccordingtothemethodofdirectlyfluidizedcokingoilsand.Bychangingthepositionofaerationorificeandamountofaerationair,thesolidsfluxwasmeasuredandthelocationofsensitiveaerationorificeaboveabutterflyvalvewasfixed(50mmabovethevalve).Atlast,theamountofaerationairforallocation(1~1.5m3/h)wasknownandthedistancebetweeneachpairofconsecutivegeneralaerationorifices(about3m).Andapredictionequationforestimatingtherelationbetweentheamountofaerationairandthesolidsfluxwasestablishedbasedonexperimentaldataandtheoreticalanalysis,whichwasQ=6.17Ws0.8529(D/Do)2(L/Lo).Thepredictionwasingoodagreementwiththeexperimentaldata.Byusingamulti-pointpressurepulsationinstrumenttomeasurethepulsationatdifferentaltitudesofthestandpipe,thepressurepulsationcurvesatdifferentaerationorificesunderdifferentamountsofaerationairweredrawn.ByFouriertransformation,itwasfoundthattherewasnoobviousdominantfrequencywhenoilsandflowedthroughthecirculationstandpipe,andeachfrequencyseemedtomakeequalcontributiontothepressurepulsation.Theperiodicalconcentrationfluctuationoftheparticlesdidnotexistinthecirculatingstandpipe,andthepulsationintensitywassmall. %K oilsand %K circulatingstandpipe %K aerationorifice %K pressurefluctuation %U http://www.jproeng.com/qikan/Cpaper/zhaiyao.asp?bsid=18032
