EnhancedFormationofHCFC141bHydratewithHCFC141b-in-waterEmulsionKeywords: enhance,HCFC141bhydrate,emulsion,formation,decomposition Abstract: EnhancedformationofHCFC141bhydratewasstudiedwithHCFC141bemulsionbeforethehydrateformation.TergitolTMN6wasselectedasemulgator,HCFC141bandwaterwereintroducedintoanairtightemulsifieratthemolecularratioof171andemulsifiedatthetemperatureof14℃underthestirringspeedof4000~6400r/min.AndHCFC141bhydrateformedanddecomposedwiththechangeofprogrammedtemperature.TheexperimentalresultsshowedthatwiththenewmethodHCFC141bhydratebegantoforminthetimeof30min(inglycol-waterbath)or100min(inairbath)eveninstaticstate,andunderthesameconditionwithconventionalmethod(non-emulsion)thehydratecouldnotform,atleastitdifficultlyformed.AndindynamicstateHCFC141bemulsionformedhydratein20minearlierthanthemixedliquiddid,liquidfromhydratedecompositionwasemulsifiedafterbriefstirring,andformedhydrateagainmoreeasilythanthebrand-newemulsion.
