CombinedWater-OxygenPinchAnalysiswithMathematicalProgrammingforWastewaterTreatmentKeywords: water-oxygenpinchanalysis,wastewaterminimization,mathematicalprogramming Abstract: Water-oxygenpinchanalysisisaneffectivemethodtodecreasethewastewaterquantityandimprovethewastewaterquality.Butwhenmultiple-contaminantsarepresent,themethodisdifficulttobecarriedout.Inthispaper,themethodthatcombineswater-oxygenpinchanalysiswithmathematicalprogrammingisproposed.Itobtainsthegeneraloptimalsolutionandleadstothereusestreamthatcannotbefoundonlybypinchanalysis.Thenewmethodisillustratedbyanexample,andtheannualcostisreducedby8.43%comparedwiththesolutionofliterature.
