%X Water-oxygenpinchanalysisisaneffectivemethodtodecreasethewastewaterquantityandimprovethewastewaterquality.Butwhenmultiple-contaminantsarepresent,themethodisdifficulttobecarriedout.Inthispaper,themethodthatcombineswater-oxygenpinchanalysiswithmathematicalprogrammingisproposed.Itobtainsthegeneraloptimalsolutionandleadstothereusestreamthatcannotbefoundonlybypinchanalysis.Thenewmethodisillustratedbyanexample,andtheannualcostisreducedby8.43%comparedwiththesolutionofliterature.
