新型可导向防撞垫开发

Abstract:

为降低车辆碰撞护栏端部事故严重程度,根据事故形态和国内外相关标准,提出可导向防撞垫的碰撞试验条件与评价标准,采用有限元仿真和碰撞试验相结合的技术手段,开发出一种新型可导向防撞垫结构.结果表明,开发的防撞垫能防护1.5t的小型车辆以60km/h速度正面碰撞和100km/h速度侧面碰撞,车体碰撞方向加速度最大值分别为10.7g和16.1g,车辆姿态良好,对乘员形成安全保护;仿真结果和试验结果一致,误差在10%以内.
