含间隙球轴承-转子系统的主共振研究

Abstract:

为了深刻揭示球轴承-转子系统的共振机理,考虑了重力、装配等因素引起的非对称轴承间隙以及滚珠与滚道之间的Hertz接触,建立了球轴承-转子系统的运动方程,首次应用平均法求得了系统在主共振情况下的解析解,并讨论了系统参数对主共振的影响。根据奇异性理论方法计算得到了系统参数平面上的转迁集,研究了不同参数域内共振解的分岔模式,最后通过数值仿真验证了理论分析的正确性,从而为球轴承-转子系统的振动控制提供了理论依据。
